During check-in, you’ll have the opportunity to talk about your health goals, recent experiences, and the intention you want to bring into the session.
Sacral Sol’s session offerings include time for check-in, hands-on work, and a closing conversation. The work is subtle, responsive, and paced to what your system can genuinely receive.
Tingling, floating, heat, pulsations, muscle relaxation, energetic shifts, and a calmer internal state.
You don’t need to perform or know the “right” way to receive craniosacral therapy. The work unfolds through listening, noticing, and allowing the session to meet you where you are.
During check-in, you’ll have the opportunity to talk about your health goals, recent experiences, and the intention you want to bring into the session.
You’ll lie on a massage table with pillows and blankets to support deep comfort. Evelyn often begins with a hold at the ankles, then follows the body’s responses as the session evolves.
At the end of a session, there’s space to share your experience, ask questions, or quietly transition out. Drinking water and listening to your body afterward is encouraged.
Time scheduled includes check-in, session work, and closing conversation.
A 50–60 minute appointment for clients wanting gentle, focused nervous system support in a concise but spacious format.
An 80–90 minute session for clients who want more room for settling, tracking change, and integration inside a longer therapeutic container.
Evelyn may ask questions during your session, but the goal isn’t performance. The goal is your genuine embodied experience — even if what you notice is subtle, surprising, emotional, or seemingly unrelated.
Your honest response might be, “I feel heat in my foot,” “I don’t notice anything,” “I feel like my whole body is floating,” or simply silence. All of that is welcome. All of it is useful.
You are always invited to share, ask questions, or move your body if the urge arises.
If you already know what you want, the booking page makes it easy. If you need clarity first, you can email or call Evelyn directly.
