A session changed her relationship to pain — and her path.
Evelyn was introduced to craniosacral therapy in 2011 after damaging her L1 and L2 vertebrae and moving through a slow, painful rehabilitation process. On a friend’s recommendation, she booked a session.
What happened next was immediate and unexpected: she felt her spine decompress, her breathing improve, and her pain decrease dramatically. That physiological response opened a new possibility for healing and eventually inspired her to pursue BCST professionally.
Today, she is honored to share Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with people seeking a calmer, more resilient nervous system and a more supported relationship to their body.
- Client-centered pacing Sessions are shaped around what your system is ready for rather than forcing a fixed protocol.
- Trauma-aware care Safety, choice, and embodied awareness are built into the entire therapeutic experience.
- Clear communication Evelyn welcomes what you feel, what you notice, what you don’t notice, and any questions that arise.
